1. Pet Policy: This is not a pet friendly home. Violators will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine and will be asked to leave the home immediately. 2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are reported, the renter agrees to pay $200.00/per day. 3. Cameras: We have one security camera at the exterior of the home. There are no cameras in the interior of the home. 4. Winter: A 4x4 vehicle is required when there is snow on the ground.

House Rules

If you plan to have more than six guests (this includes day guests) please contact me for special approval. Checkouts more than one hour late will be charged a full nights stay. 4x4 vehicles are required during winter months. The 2nd floor bedroom loft is intended for kids ages 8 and up. We are not held responsible for any injuries that may occur.
